Solar Powered Vehicles constructed by Engineering Students
The Syntax Systems was invited for 22nd International Engineering & Technology Fair (IETF) 2017, Organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) at the exhibition ground, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India. The 3 day (2-4 Feb.) technology fair spanned from Halls 8-12A. With Japan as the partner country, 10 Ministries of Government of India, PCRA, NSIC, and Delhi Government too collaborated. The exhibition demonstrated the new breakthroughs in every 'core' areas - healthcare, manufacturing, IT, automobiles, green mobility, waste management, water management, metallurgy, construction, etc.
Accordingly the fair was divided into different segments like:
- International Industrial Engineering Show
- India Industrial Automation (IIA) Show 2017
- Green Mobility Xpo 2017
- Knowledgexpo 2017
- Health Tech India
- Water India 2017
- Water Recycling Expo
- Metal & Metallurgy 2017
- Welding & Joining Technology Expo
- Real Estate Building Technology 2017
- The Logistics Expo of India 2017
- India Gaming Show 2017
Because of time crunch, the visit was limited to Green mobility section exhibiting the new green vehicle launches, like electrical bikes, cars, pellet trucks, cranes, and solar panel vehicles. It was fascinating to see the government and industry supporting and encouraging engineering students to showcase their work and talk about it. We come back delighted to see 'Make in India' roaring its way to a new high. We trust 2018 will bring back many more engineering stunners.
